Project Overview

As Solventum marked its official separation from 3M in April 2024, the business entered a crucial period of transition. With the next phase of the separation approaching, there was a clear need to recognise the immense efforts of the teams behind the Technical Separation and to boost morale ahead of a major milestone. Solventum commissioned Feedback to produce a video that would capture this moment.

Solution

We produced a dynamic internal film featuring a message from the Chief Information & Digital Officer, highlighting all that had been achieved so far and thanking employees for their dedication. Custom-made graphics were used to illustrate key milestones and data points. We also worked closely with the internal comms team to ensure authenticity and resonance and we gathered a collection of staff photos to showcase the real people behind the progress.

The video also included messages of appreciation from the CEO and exco team, delivering a heartfelt message. The tone was uplifting, honest, and deeply appreciative, designed to celebrate the journey so far and inspire continued momentum.

Results

The video was shared across Solventum’s internal platforms and was met with strong engagement from teams around the world.

It worked as both a recognition tool and a unifying message from leadership, helping to highlight the effort that had gone into the separation and boosting morale as employees approached the go-live date.
