Project Overview

Haleon reached out to Feedback to produce a series of videos addressing perceived innovation barriers caused by the Digital & Tech department, as highlighted in a recent employee survey.

Solution

We produced three dynamic videos showcasing over 25 employee stories across five continents. To overcome location barriers, employees were remotely interviewed and filmed using Feedback’s secure system.

The final videos strike a balance between humor and serious discussion, aiming to dispel misconceptions and highlight AI’s potential.

Results

Launched on Workplace, the videos garnered 100+ comments and 50+ reshares, creating improved understanding and visibility of Digital & Tech’s challenges and priorities.
