Little Things

Project Overview

Unite Students introduced It’s the Little Things, a programme designed to highlight the small but meaningful behaviours that enhance student experiences. They needed a video that would bring these values to life and inspire their employees.

Solution

To create an authentic and emotionally engaging film, we spent a day at one of their accommodations in Manchester. Through carefully crafted interviews, we showcased the dedication of employees who go above and beyond.

The storytelling approach ensured the video felt relatable, inspiring, and aligned with Unite Students’ core values.

Results

The video played a key role in launching the hour-long programme, now used across all customer-facing teams. It resonated deeply with employees, effectively demonstrating the key behaviours Unite Students values.

Since the programme’s launch, customer satisfaction scores have improved significantly.

I was genuinely impressed by the quality of content Johnathan captured in a single day with his team. It’s a testament to his understanding of the brief and his ability to create a relaxed and comfortable environment, enabling our employees to share stories that truly resonated with their colleagues. Thank you.
