New portal launch

Project Overview:

Unite Students reached out to Feedback to create a customer-journey film highlighting the key features of their new staff/student portal “Edison.” The idea was to follow Isabelle, a first-year student as she navigates university life and how the portal will help make her experience seamless.

Solution:

We decided to bring this story to life using a mix of stock footage of a girl that would be our protagonist combined with footage filmed at one of Unite’s student accommodation featuring real staff members to make it look genuine and engaging.

As the portal was only in its first stages of development we only had little visual elements to work with. We collaborated closely with the UX team in charge of the portal to create custom-made visual graphics that would effectively illustrate how the app and portal would look.
