One bank – Customer Journey

Project Overview

NatWest approached us to produce a video for the launch of their new platform, One Bank. This platform introduced a unified ID system, enabling customers to access all their accounts with a single login, effectively reducing hassle and frustration.

Solution

Using a mix of stock footage and engaging visuals, we crafted a custumer journey, following a real- life couple through different life stages: buying their first home, investing extra income for retirement, and setting up funds for their children’s future.

The video showcased how ‘One Bank’ alleviated common pain points, making banking simpler and more convenient.

Results

The successful rollout of One Bank ID across all accounts led to a 5-point increase in customer satisfaction scores.

Employees also reported that the video helped them better understand the customer perspective.
