Project Overview:

Robert Half got in touch with Feedback to produce a video featuring the director of their International Zone department. The goal was to clearly communicate departmental priorities for the year ahead and create a platform for employees to voice their questions and concerns.

Solution:

We thought that a good way of achieving this would be to do a Q&A video, a popular format on social media, as it would allow employees to feel directly involved.

Employees from different countries submitted their questions on Yammer, ranging from business goals to lighter topics, giving employees a chance to get to know Greg on a more personal level.

The video was filmed in the company’s London office. Greg read out the questions on camera from a laptop next to him, while the they were displayed on the screen with graphics.

Everyone had really positive things to say. How they like the format, how Greg is really ‘real’, how it’s the right use of video to get the message across. And some of the other country leaders have reached out to me saying they want a similar style video done themselves!

Results:

The video was received really well, with employees really liking both the format and getting to know Greg better.

Following this success of the first video, and the conversation it sparked, a lot more questions were submitted. And as a result, we produced an additional 2 videos in this series, covering even broader topics.
