Join Process Chemistry

Project Overview

As a preferred supplier to GSK for over 15 years, our videos are recognised across the business. Our recent Pride film captured the attention of the team at Stevenage, who requested a recruitment video focused purely on newly graduated process chemists at Stevenage, GSK’s primary location for process chemists.

Solution

We created a film that highlighted the journey of 7 young process chemists at GSK, each working on different, exciting therapies that are making a significant difference to patients’ lives.

The film allowed prospective candidates to see people just like them, that now work for one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, demonstrating how they too can achieve this.

Results

This film was showcased at GSK’s on-campus events at some of the UK’s leading science universities and was also featured on LinkedIn, attracting over 70 reposts. Subsequently, interest in process chemistry roles at GSK has risen by over 50%.

Our department head has now posted the video we made at the end of last year on LinkedIn and it’s already going viral! Thanks again to you and your team for all of your efforts on this, and it was also a lot of fun to do. Looking forward to collaborate again.
