Project Overview

GSK commissioned Feedback Films to create a series of short training videos aimed at strengthening internal understanding of the legal advisor’s role as a “Trusted Business Partner.” The goal was to support learning but also spark conversation through realistic, scenario-based content.

Solution

We produced four role-play videos, each between one and two minutes long, featuring employees from GSK. The scripts were carefully crafted to demonstrate both effective and ineffective approaches to engaging with legal counsel, highlighting behaviours to avoid and best practices to follow.

We worked closely with the contributors to develop dialogue that felt natural to them, ensuring it would appear realistic on camera and to avoid sounding staged or scripted.

Results

The videos were used in training sessions across GSK to support legal training and professional development.

The combination of realistic scenarios and contrasting behaviours helped teams reflect on their approach to legal collaboration and reinforcing the value of clear, constructive engagement with legal advisors.

Thanks again for the brilliant films! They look great and are exactly what we were after.

We used Vignettes 1 & 2 in the first session and it all went brilliantly. We’ll use the other two in a follow-up session next quarter.
